Who we are
Four people. Charlie Roller, founder. John Roller, President, and the point of contact for contracts.
Our story
We rebuild when there is a better way, even when the old way works. We have done it three times.
- Before June 2025. What is now the Turbo Telemetry System began as a PowerShell script, then a Python prototype, then a React application on Electron, built nights and weekends while the founders worked full time elsewhere.
- June 2025. That work became the full-time job. We rebuilt the desktop application on Rust and Tauri, because it was the better foundation, even though Electron already worked.
- Late 2025. We built the commercial pieces a product needs: billing, sign-in, a marketing site and Stripe. Then we gave the desktop product away and chose to charge the organizations that can afford it.
- March 2026. At our first in-person all-hands we set a new direction: governance, risk and compliance. Partway through building Governance, we scrapped a fully built relational database schema for a graph that runs in the browser, because it fits a product that holds nothing about its customers beyond what Stripe, our payment processor, holds.
It was not fast at first, and we would rather say so.
Why the stars
The stars on this site are the sky over where we are based: Merritt Island, FL, on the Space Coast. Charlie, our founder, was a child in Alaska and in Cocoa Beach, near rocket launches.
The home page always shows the Great Bear and the Little Bear together. In the old myth they are a mother, Callisto, and her son, Arcas. Charlie reads them as parent and child, and both sit in the northern sky. That is his reading, not the sky’s.

Ownership
We rebuild when there's a better way, not when it's comfortable. We've thrown out working code and a fully-built database schema because the next version was worth more than the sunk cost.
Honesty
We'd rather tell you something was slow, hard, or wrong than fake a smoother story. Our own origin story is the proof.

SDVOSB certified
Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business through the SBA’s Veteran Small Business Certification program (VetCert), which took over SDVOSB certification from the VA in January 2023. Eligible for SDVOSB set-aside and sole-source awards.
HUBZone certified
Certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) for the HUBZone program, promoting economic development and employment growth in historically underutilized business zones.
GSA Schedule
Listed on GSA Schedule for IT services, with pre-negotiated rates for federal agencies. Confirmed August 4, 2026.
